We provide offices and common areas on several floor which can be rented both separately or together. You have access to your own office around the clock.

Bright offices lit by daylight from floor to ceiling windows, concrete core cooling to prevent overheated summer offices, a large balcony, basement bike racks and shower for those who prefer to cycle to work. Every floor has a fully equipped kitchenette with high-end portafilter espresso machine.

The rental price includes all running costs such as power and water as well as a flat rate for beverages (water, coffee, tea). WLAN as well as printers, copiers, scanners are a given. On request, office furniture can also be rented. The spaces are cleaned twice every week. Renters receive their own business address o and profit from our incoming mail service. They also have access to our representative, high-quality meeting and conference rooms. Reception service as well as a waiting area for guests are also available during business hours.

Our offices are surrounded by Mönckebergstrasse, Europapassage, Thalia Theater and the Binnenalster. All Hamburg subway and light rail lines (U-Bahn / S-Bahn) as well as the main train station are just a few minutes' walk away.
